This PT Adapter parallel connection kit allows the connection of up to 6 of our TR****AN or PTR****AN range MPPT solar charge controllers (50-100A models only) into a parallel system attached to the same battery bank. By synchronising the charging voltages and evenly distributing the charging current, the PT adapter ensures the highest possible charging efficiency from a system of multiple, identical solar controllers with independent solar arrays.

- High efficiency 100A MPPT charge controller
An RJ45 to USB cable can be used to connect the adapter directly to your PC / laptop, where parameters and settings for all controllers in the system can be monitored and adjusted via a free computer program - Solar Station Monitor (Windows-based PCs and laptops only). If using the RJ45 to USB cable, the user also has the option to create a user-defined battery type with charging parameters specific to their battery (if the pre-existing options are unsuitable).
Using the voltage measurement terminals on the adapter to accurately measure the battery voltage allows the solar controllers to compensate for any voltage drop across the battery cables. There is also a socket for connecting a remote temperature sensor, which can be attached directly to the battery to measure the battery temperature more precisely and optimise the charging process.
